Making our fun – craftsticks and yarn

Home/Family Activities/Making our fun – craftsticks and yarn

I don’t get to see my grandchildren very often, but when I get the chance I plan ahead to make memories. On my latest trip I brought popsicle sticks and yarn. My granddaughter, Erica Huff, had fun making boxes and starbursts out of the popsicle sticks. Then she went on the internet and found a website that told how to make dolls from yarn.

Looking at her dolls she got the idea that she could make puppets out of them. Her mama provided skewers to hold them up and a ready stage was made from a table in her room.
