Mrs. Green caught Terri and Me on the Live Cam in Ely!

Home/Ducker's Adventures/Mrs. Green caught Terri and Me on the Live Cam in Ely!

What a surprise! Ms. Terri didn’t tell me what she was up to today. She took me to work all day. Then on the way home we went back to the park where the snow sculptures were.  She showed me the cam that took pictures of the park. Then she called Mrs. Green on her cell phone.

Mrs. Green quickly opened the link on her computer to the cam at the park: (http://www.elyminnesota.com/popup/popup-mobilecam.html) She said she could see us! What fun! She used something she called “print screen” so she could take our picture on the cam, and then she put them here for you all to see. I hope you like them.

Mrs. Green took this picture of Ms. Terri and me through the Ely Park's web cam and her computer. It was fun listening to them talk on the phone. She could see us!

Ms. Terri is holding me up higher now. Can you see me?

Ms. Terri parked me on top of the "No Parking" sign. Yikes! I hope I don't get a ticket! Maybe they'll just think I'm a wild duck and let me go. Brr! It really is getting cold out here. We had to tell Ms. Green goodbye and get back where it was warmer. Ms. Terri plans to take some more pictures today before we go home.

Ducker loves to travel and visit new places. Sometimes he gets restless and quacks and quacks begging Mrs. Green to find someplace where he can go. He travels with the help of the Post Office most of the time since that is cheaper than airline tickets. Contact Janice D. Green if you would like to host Ducker for a visit to someplace special. He behaves himself most of the time.

  • Brrrrrr! I usually don’t complain about the cold here, but this particular day was really overcast and dreary. Frankly, I didn’t bother to wear my long-johns, either as I thought I’d be working indoors all day. Then I found a chance to take photos with DUCKER and forgot about the temperatures, until I was out in it! All I remember was it was below zero, and the windchill made it so much colder! Ducker and I had fun at any rate and I got to speak to Janice while she took our photos!
